The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.

Who Has The Final Say?

If you are like me, when you are brokenhearted or crushed in spirit, God seems distant. You do not feel His presence. Many times we feel God's presence during powerful worship or anointed preaching.

And this is where we have to decide: shall we believe what we feel or what He says in His Word? Who has the final say, your feelings or His Word?

My take: Jehovah has the final say. It does not matter what I feel. When He says He is close, I choose to believe that.
